Add the desired products to your shopping cart and familiarize yourself with the approximate delivery time of the products. Fill in the required fields and place an order.
Within 2 working days after placing the order, you will be contacted. We will forward to you the prepayment (proforma) invoice and information about the order fulfilment time and other conditions what may appear. Contractual customers to whom we offer credit line are invoiced after the goods have been shipped.

For products that are subject to a campaign and quantity discounts, the correct prices are displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart. If only one product is missing from the quantity discount in the shopping cart, the product page already displays prices with a quantity discount. When you add a product, the new price applies to all products already in the shopping cart.
“Request for a quote” form displays normal prices. Discounts are calculated for the quotation.
VAT at the applicable rate is added to the shopping cart. In the case of shipping to the Member States of the European Union, it is possible to apply a VAT rate of 0% if the consignee is liable for VAT. This requires a valid VAT number of the consignee.
We offer free transport for following order values (prices excluding VAT):
– more than 40 EUR for orders in Estonia
– more than 50 EUR for orders in Latvia and Lithuania
– more than 150 EUR for orders in Finland
– more than 200 EUR for orders in the rest of the EU Member States
We also deliver to other countries around the world. To get the correct offer, please fill in our “RFQ” form.
Goods available in our warehouse will be sent or made available to the customer not later than within a working day following the order.
Mostly, we use the Venipak courier.
Among the offering are products
– that require appropriate qualifications and the use of which is, without it, dangerous
– that cannot be delivered/shipped to certain countries or to certain customers.
In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible, explain the situation and offer alternatives if possible.

Products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty conditions for consumers are settled by law. If necessary, please specify the warranty conditions of the products using the “RFQ” form.
